End EPA Administrator Zeldin’s Environmental Destruction

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin just came out with yet another plan to destroy our environment. This time he wants to increase the amount of super pollutants in air conditioners and refrigerators. Enough is enough – it’s time for him to go. 

These pollutants, called hydrofluorocarbons, are extremely strong greenhouse gases that trap more heat in the atmosphere than carbon dioxide. Zeldin is pitching the idea as a way for consumers to save money on cooling and refrigeration, but analysis done by the heating and cooling industry found the new rules could actually cause prices to increase. 

Zeldin’s plan will not save money, it will only put our climate at more risk.

This action is just another in a long line of decisions from Administrator Zeldin that are trading the health of families, our climate, our air and our water for profit.

Over 100 organizations are calling on the Trump administration to fire Administrator Zeldin. Help keep the pressure on to end his destruction.  Tell the Trump administration that EPA Administrator Zeldin needs to go.
