Urge the FDA to Strengthen Food Testing Practices

We have to get to the bottom of this.
 
A recent report from Politico had this concerning headline: “Applesauce pouches may have been contaminated on purpose, FDA foods chief says.”

According to an ongoing FDA investigation, existing food safety standards couldn’t have prevented an intentional attack on the part of the nation’s food. How could this be possible when lives are at stake? 

With many concerned Americans - especially those with young children, who were primarily impacted by this crisis - the FDA must improve manufacturing, importation, and inspection standards to ensure our food supply is secure and safe for everyone.
