Urge the FAA to Prioritize Air Traffic Control Safety

We need our leaders to keep us safe in the nation's skies.

A blockbuster new report on air safety by the New York Times highlights an increasing rise in safety lapses at the nation's airports, leading to dangerously close near-crashes.

As air traffic controllers continue to be pushed to the limit, they report understaffed operations, overworked and sleep-deprived staff, and a small and shrinking pipeline for training and recruitment thanks to President Ronald Reagan's attacks on workers.

In one instance, two planes in Texas nearly collided, which could have killed 100s of people.

It is time for our leaders to get our house in order before a tragedy strikes. There is no time to waste on this critical segment of our nation's infrastructure.

Sign the petition and Tell the FAA to get serious, quickly, about our nation's air safety.
