Urge Congress to Support the Migratory Bird Protection Act

Shifting approaches to implementing the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) over the past decade have created a back-and-forth policy swing that is not just bad for birds, but is also bad for businesses that rely on clear and consistent rules and guidance. To ensure clarity and stability moving forward, new legislation has been introduced to safeguard vital protections for birds and make modern-day updates to the law.

The Migratory Bird Protection Act will reinforce and strengthen protections for our nation's birds at a time when their populations are in crisis.

Add your name to tell Congress to support the Migratory Bird Protection Act, so we can improve our ability to protect and recover birds for decades to come.
