Thank the Federal Judges for Defending Democracy

As President Donald Trump ramps up his attacks on the judiciary—calling for impeachments, defying court orders, and pushing executive power to the brink—federal judges across the country are standing strong in defense of the Constitution, the rule of law, and the rights of the American people.

This past week alone, judges blocked reckless deportations under the Alien Enemies Act, stopped Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency from invading our Social Security data, ruled against unconstitutional agency dismantlings, and defended the rights of transgender service members and environmental advocates. Despite personal attacks, political pressure, and an increasingly hostile administration, these judges are upholding their duty to be fair, impartial arbiters of justice.
