Thank Judge Boasberg for Protecting Due Process

We stand in deep gratitude to Chief Judge James Boasberg for his courageous and principled stand in blocking President Trump’s unlawful deportation flights under the Alien Enemies Act.

By refusing to lift the restraining order on these deportations, Judge Boasberg is defending the Constitution, due process, and the basic dignity of individuals at risk of being wrongfully removed without the opportunity to challenge the government’s claims.
