Tell The Senate: Reject The SAVE Act

The SAVE America Act would require Americans to produce documents like a passport or birth certificate to register to vote. According to the Brennan Center for Justice, more than 21 million Americans lack ready access to those documents — and roughly half the country doesn't even have a passport. This bill doesn't protect elections. It shuts eligible citizens out of them.

The same administration claiming to defend election integrity has allowed outside operatives to access state voter rolls and is now threatening lawmakers with political retaliation for voting no. As the Brennan Center puts it, these bills "are part of a broader federal agenda to sow distrust in our elections, undermine election administration, and discourage Americans from making their voices heard."

Noncitizen voting is already exceedingly rare — confirmed repeatedly by states that have investigated, including Louisiana and Utah. The SAVE Act solves nothing while disenfranchising millions.

Tell the Senate: reject the SAVE Act and protect every American's right to vote.
