Donald Trump is weaponizing the Justice Department to crush his critics — and Rep. Eric Swalwell is his latest target.

Trump’s DOJ just opened a sham “mortgage fraud” investigation into Swalwell, digging up years-old, already cleared transactions. The same president who has been charged with dozens of criminal counts is now trying to jail the man who helped impeach him.

This probe has nothing to do with law — and everything to do with intimidation. We need to show that we won’t back down from holding Trump accountable.
