Tell Roku to Drop One America News Network!

Fox News and its peddling of hateful, racist conspiracy theories such as the "Great Replacement" were bad enough, but One America News Network (OANN) takes hate to a whole other level.

OANN prides itself on being one of Donald Trump's "GREATEST supporters" and has even been suspended by YouTube for spreading COVID-19 conspiracy theories. The network platforms organizations that have been designated by the Southern Poverty Law Center as "hate groups" so often that OANN has been dropped by every major cable provider, including DirecTV and Verizon.

Yet, Roku continues to provide access to OANN's dangerous and hateful content.

Roku has more than 63 million active users worldwide and The Roku Channel, which houses its live TV content, regularly ranks within its top five channels by active account reach and streaming hour engagement.

Roku is an affordable alternative to traditional cable and is in millions of homes across the United States. By failing to drop OANN, Roku is providing an otherwise dying network with a global platform for its hateful sputter and misinformation.

Since at least 2018, anyone with an internet connection has been able to stream OANN Plus via Roku's free, ad-supported, live-TV streaming service. This means continuous access to talking heads with extreme anti-Muslim and anti-LGBTQ+ views, conspiracy theories, and the regular puff piece on Donald Trump and his hateful views.

Roku must drop OANN once and for all. Sign the petition to tell Roku to drop OANN immediately!
