Dear Proctor & Gamble CEO Jon Moeller, Parents need Pampers, but we can barely afford them. Diaper costs have risen a staggering 22% since 2018 – that’s more than DOUBLE inflation rates. We’re frustrated after massive price hikes, major increases in CEO salary, and shareholder payouts. Procter & Gamble investors are making billions, while parents are struggling to afford to keep their babies dry. Pampers says you’re “dedicated to every baby’s happy, healthy development,” but it’s evident you’re taking advantage of inflation to line your pockets. You must practice what you preach and actually support the healthy development of babies by increasing access to diapers. Parents demand that Procter & Gamble immediately stop CEO pay increases and stock buybacks, while decreasing prices to pre-pandemic levels.
