Tell Pam Bondi: Release Trump’s Enemies List

Pam Bondi admitted it: the Trump administration is building an enemies list.

At a House Judiciary Committee hearing, Attorney General Bondi just confirmed that the Justice Department is maintaining a list tied to Trump’s National Security Presidential Memorandum 7. When members of Congress asked whether Americans were being tracked under the administration’s expanded “domestic terrorism” directive, she acknowledged the list exists — but refused to say who is on it, how people are added, or what safeguards protect innocent Americans.

Trump and Bondi want us all to be terrified. They want the existence of this list to scare people like you into staying silent. But if we all stand up and fight back now, we can show them that their tactics won’t work.

Tell Attorney General Pam Bondi: “Release Trump’s enemies list. Disclose the names, the criteria, and the legal authority behind NSPM-7 — and guarantee that no American is targeted for protected speech or political opposition.”

Trump’s NSPM-7 memo dramatically expands federal authority to label individuals as domestic threats. Civil liberties advocates warn its vague language could easily sweep in protesters, journalists, and activists engaged in protected First Amendment activity.

This isn’t hypothetical. There is a list. There are secret criteria. And there is no transparency.

When a government compiles an enemies list, rights can erode fast. Transparency is the only safeguard against abuse. If Americans are being labeled under NSPM-7, the public deserves to know who, why, and under what legal authority. That’s why we all need to stand up and demand action.

Democracy cannot survive in secrecy. Add your name to demand Pam Bondi tell the full truth about Trump’s enemies list and protect our freedom.

The petition to Attorney General Pam Bondi reads: “Release Trump’s enemies list. Disclose the names, the criteria, and the legal authority behind NSPM-7 — and guarantee that no American is targeted for protected speech or political opposition.”
