Tell Macy's: Do right by survivors!

Department store Macy's is under fire for covering up a sexual assault by Sean "Diddy" Combs at its flagship Herald Square store in Manhattan in 2008. Tell Macy's to fully cooperate with the investigation.

In a lawsuit filed by "John Doe" in Ohio, Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a man who was working in the Macy's stockroom in New York at the time. In a graphically detailed and harrowing account, Doe reported the assault immediately after it occurred to Macy's security--which did absolutely nothing.

Not only did the company not help the distraught worker, but Macy's then retaliated against the survivor by prohibiting him from working at its flagship store in order to protect its multimillion-dollar deal with Combs's Sean John clothing line. Macy's even pressured the employee's own clothing line, Ecko, to fire him. Ecko was a competitor to Sean John, and both clothing lines were carried by Macy's at the time.

We have seen and heard enough.

Sign this petition to tell Macy's: Fully cooperate with investigators of John Doe's sexual assault and publicly affirm your commitment to creating safe workplaces free from sexual violence.
