Tell Florida Bar: Condemn Pam Bondi's Misconduct

Pam Bondi used her law license to attack our democracy. The Florida Bar must not stay silent.

As Donald Trump’s personal attorney, Bondi helped spread the Big Lie, filing bogus lawsuits to overturn the 2020 election and pushing dangerous conspiracy theories on national TV. She’s politicizing the Department of Justice and threatening witch hunts against employees who don’t fall in line with the Trump agenda. 

Now, a formal ethics complaint lays it all out: Bondi has violated her oath, trampled on the public trust, and weaponized her legal credentials to serve Trump’s lies. The complaint cites multiple breaches of Florida’s rules of professional conduct—serious violations that demand a serious response.

Tell the Florida Bar: “Condemn Pam Bondi’s misconduct and set an example for all lawyers who attack the rule of law and our democracy.”

The Florida Bar has ignored or rejected previous complaints against Bondi, so it’s critical that we keep the pressure on. If we raise our voices, we can make sure they take bold, public action.

Lawyers swear to uphold justice—not to be foot soldiers for authoritarian power grabs. If the Florida Bar lets this slide, it sends a chilling message: attorneys can undermine democracy without consequences.

This is a test of the Bar’s integrity. Will they protect their profession—or protect a Trump loyalist?
