Tell District Attorneys: No ICE at the Polls

Trump and his cronies are still refusing to give a straight answer about whether they’ll deploy ICE to intimidate voters at polling locations this November.

Now, district attorneys across the country are answering for them with a simple message: If Trump uses ICE agents to intimidate voters, these DAs will prosecute them.

There’s no ambiguity here – sending armed federal agents to intimidate voters at the polls is illegal, plain and simple.

We’ve all seen how these out-of-control ICE agents operate: racial profiling, targeting people for the language they speak, and terrorizing entire communities. These tactics have no place in America, especially not at the ballot box.
