Tell Congress to Fund REAL Clean Energy, Not Fracking

Congress keeps pouring billions into dirty energy. And Trump keeps calling for massive subsidies for liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects that poison our communities, jack up energy prices, and torch the climate. We have to stop this madness.

A damning new report shows every single major U.S. LNG export terminal under review fails the Department of Energy's own climate test. These are climate bombs wrapped in greenwashing.

LNG is just fracked gas by another name. It's methane—an ultra-potent greenhouse gas—and it's worse than coal in the near term. From drilling to export, LNG leaks toxic pollution that fuels asthma, cancer, and extreme weather. 

The worst impacts fall on frontline communities, especially Black, Brown, Indigenous, and low-income families. And yet, Trump continues pressuring Congress to cave to Big Oil and hand them billions more in public money. 

Tell Congress: “Stop subsidizing dirty fracked gas and greenwashing. Support real clean energy solutions that create jobs and a cleaner future for all.”

Energy companies are raking in record profits while everyday people struggle to breathe clean air and pay utility bills. They’re lying to Congress and our families, claiming that fracked gas will save us while they poison our water and our skies.

Real clean energy like solar and wind and investments in energy storage can create good jobs without destroying our planet. The technology exists. The workforce is ready. What's missing is the political will.

Let's make it clear by drawing a line in the sand: No more taxpayer dollars for false solutions. Tell Congress to stand up to the fossil fuel lobby and fund the clean energy future we deserve.
