Tell Congress: Stop Trump’s Illegal War With Nigeria

Donald Trump just threatened to send U.S. troops “guns-a-blazing” into Nigeria — and even his own generals are panicking.

According to The Daily Beast and The Washington Post, Trump blindsided the Pentagon and his aides, vowing to invade Nigeria after its government rejected his election meddling. He’s claiming it’s about “protecting Christians,” but it’s pure politics — a reckless power grab disguised as faith.

Trump is ready to start a war for his ego — risking American lives and global stability to distract from his political failures.

Tell Congress: “Don’t give Trump a blank check for another war. Block any attack on Nigeria before it starts.”

Nigerian officials are racing to head off the crisis while U.S. forces quietly move into position. But Congress can also help stop it. Lawmakers have the constitutional duty to block any unauthorized war, cut off funding, and demand immediate oversight hearings.
