ICE is unleashing a wave of door-to-door raids across the country. Former ICE officials warned this approach would lead to violence. Yet reports continue to surface of armed agents confronting residents, legal observers, and even American citizens at their own homes.

But Congress can stop this — right now. Lawmakers have the power to block funding for door-to-door raids, prohibit warrantless home entries, and impose real limits on ICE’s enforcement tactics.
