Tell Congress: Pass the Youth Voting Rights Act

Right now, young people face unique barriers that make it harder for them to vote. Many of them lack accessible polling places, face high rates of provisional ballot rejections, and strict residency and voter ID requirements.

Together, these hurdles weaken young people's voice and influence in elections.

That's why Sen. Elizabeth Warren just reintroduced the Youth Voting Rights Act of 2026 to expand youth access to voting.

Tell Congress to support Sen. Warren's new legislation and defend young voters' fundamental right to vote.

The Youth Voting Rights Act of 2026 would expand voter registration at public colleges and universities and require on-campus polling places wherever possible. It would also require states to accept student IDs to meet voter-ID requirements in federal elections and prohibit age-based restrictions on voting by mail.

The 26th Amendment protects the right of all citizens 18 and over to vote. Let's make sure they can. Sign the petition to Congress today and support the Youth Voting Rights Act of 2026.

The petition to Congress reads: "Support the Youth Voting Rights Act of 2026 to help defend young voters’ fundamental right to vote."
