Tell Congress: Make SpaceX Pay Its Fair Share of Taxes

SpaceX makes billions off taxpayers—and pays next to nothing in return.

Elon Musk’s rocket company has secured over $15 billion in federal contracts, yet new reports reveal it’s dodging federal taxes year after year. That’s money meant for schools, healthcare, and infrastructure—pocketed by one of the world’s richest men. 

It’s a disgrace, and Congress must act now. Tell Congress: “Make SpaceX pay its fair share of taxes.”

While working families pay what they owe, SpaceX exploits loopholes to avoid taxes entirely. A New York Times investigation shows the company has paid little to no federal income tax in recent years, despite sky-high revenues. It’s corporate freeloading.

Enough is enough. Congress must investigate SpaceX’s tax practices and close the loopholes that let billionaires live off public money without giving back. No company that profits from taxpayer-funded contracts should be allowed to opt out of paying taxes.
