Weeks later, Trump reversed his first-term support for the competing Gordie Howe International Bridge, threatening to block it from opening. The White House denies the donation influenced the decision. But MAGA Inc. has raised $177 million in 2025, and a documented pattern shows donors receiving pardons, favorable regulations, and policy reversals shortly after contributing. This is a test of whether presidential policy can be purchased. We call on Congress to investigate the Moroun donation, subpoena relevant communications, and determine whether the $1 million contribution to MAGA Inc. drove the president's reversal.
