Tell Congress: Impeach Pete Hegseth Now

Representative Thomas Massie just introduced articles of impeachment against Hegseth over the war in Iran. 

His argument? Hegseth helped initiate and continue hostilities without lawful congressional authorization, ignored congressional action directing the removal of U.S. forces, and continued military operations after War Powers deadlines expired.

The resolution also alleges that Hegseth dismantled civilian-protection safeguards, weakened independent legal oversight, and oversaw policies that led to the deaths of civilians, including children. 

A vote could take place very soon – so we need to act fast to pressure Congress to uphold its duty to the Constitution.

Tell Congress: Vote to impeach Pete Hegseth now and make clear that no defense secretary is above the Constitution.

This vote goes to the heart of whether the Secretary of Defense can use the power of the Pentagon without obeying Congress, the Constitution, or the laws meant to protect human life.
