Tell CBS: Air Full, Uncensored Trump Interview

CBS just covered for the president of the United States.

In its 60 Minutes broadcast, CBS cut key moments from its interview with Donald Trump — including his angry meltdown when asked about crypto giant Binance and its ties to his campaign. Viewers never saw it. Instead, CBS aired a sanitized version that protected Trump from accountability.

When a sitting president lashes out over corruption questions, the public deserves to see it. Censoring that footage is an attack on transparency and democracy itself.

Tell CBS and 60 Minutes: “Release the full, unedited Trump interview. Stop covering up Trump’s corruption and unhinged meltdowns.”

CBS deleted major sections of its interview — including Trump’s rage and his demand that producers “stick to approved topics.” 

Now members of Congress are calling for an FCC investigation into whether CBS’ parent company Paramount caved to political pressure. But we shouldn’t have to wait.

The press should hold the powerful accountable — not hide their tantrums to protect ratings or relationships. CBS must release the full footage, disclose who ordered the edits, and guarantee this never happens again. The American people have a right to see what CBS tried to hide.
