Take Action: Stand Up for Voting Rights

When a voter is silenced, democracy itself is at risk. Right now, racially gerrymandered districts are deliberately leaving Black voters behind. Disinformation about election fraud is being spread from the highest levels of our government. And states across the Deep South have created unnecessary burdens that make voting harder for people of color, people with disabilities, elderly voters and rural voters.

With fewer than 50 days until the 2026 midterm elections, we must act now.

The future of our democracy is on the line — will you add your name to defend voting rights for all?

The Southern Poverty Law Center is working around the clock to ensure that our right to vote is protected, and with your help, we can counter the threats through legal action, shaping commonsense policy and building strong grassroots movements.
