Subpoena Kristi Noem Now — Accountability Can’t Wait

 In a stunning abuse of power, Senator Alex Padilla — a sitting U.S. Senator — was detained and handcuffed during a Homeland Security press conference. This unprecedented act of intimidation raises urgent questions about the Department of Homeland Security’s conduct under Secretary Kristi Noem.

Secretary Noem has stonewalled Congress, ignored requests for transparency, and refused to appear voluntarily before the House Oversight Committee. Her silence is not just disrespectful—it’s dangerous. If public officials can harass elected leaders without consequence, what’s stopping them from targeting everyday Americans?
