Conservative estimates show that taxpayers provide at least $20 Billion in subsidies to the oil and gas industry annually. 

Worse, oil and gas companies emit methane, carbon dioxide, and other greenhouse gasses. Sulfur dioxide and other emissions are poisoning your neighbors as fracking inches closer and closer to homes and schools. 

Even worse, many oil and gas wells and pipelines built in the last 100 years are abandoned and never cleaned up. These “zombie” wells are blamed for explosions, river and groundwater pollution, and destruction of entire ecosystems in California, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, and anywhere that has ever had oil and gas production. 

Tell the President and Congress to act now. Add your voice and demand a stop to taxpayer subsidies and to pass and enforce laws that require companies to pay for their cleanup.
