Stop the MAGA Power Grab and Expand the Supreme Court

In the space of just two days, the conservative extremists on the Supreme Court have radically reshaped the legal landscape of the United States with a series of outrageously corrupt and legally unsound rulings, overturning decades of precedence in order to rewrite the rules for the rich and for big corporations.

The judges ruled that bribery is now essentially legal, that homelessness can be criminalized, made it harder for January 6th insurrectionists to be punished for their actions, and most importantly, overturned the Chevron doctrine that allows the government to regulate corporations, especially regarding environmental and pollution.

Expand the Court before they can rollback even more of our freedoms!

"The majority disdains restraint, and grasps for power," wrote Justice Kagan in her dissent. "In one fell swoop, the majority today gives itself exclusive power over every open issue—no matter how expertise-driven or policy-laden—involving the meaning of regulatory law. ... The majority turns itself into the country's administrative czar."

Judging from these unbelievable rulings, it's clear that gay marriage, contraception, every right and freedom we hold dear could be on the chopping block if a right-wing legal team judge-shops their way to the Supreme Court. We need to expand the Court ASAP to roll back these disastrous rulings and stop the Trump Court from any further attacks on our way of life.
