Stop Data Centers from Polluting Your Air

The Trump administration’s EPA wants to give data centers a free pass. Its proposal would let these facilities pour concrete and build most of their project before the public weighs in on the pollution risks next door.

Data centers already strain the power grid and add to the air pollution families breathe. For nearly 50 years, the law has required a clean air permit before construction on major projects like these, power plants, and industrial sites. This proposal would gut that protection and let the biggest projects build first and answer questions later.

Communities deserve a say in what gets built next to their homes and schools before construction starts, not after. Tell the EPA that data centers shouldn’t get illegal handouts at your family’s expense.
