We stand with the American Bar Association (ABA) in its firm rejection of attacks on our judges, legal system, and the fundamental principles of democracy.

Elon Musk’s calls for the impeachment of judges who have ruled against the Trump administration’s overreach are dangerous and anti-democratic. The independence of the judiciary is a cornerstone of the rule of law, and efforts to intimidate or remove judges for political reasons threaten the very foundation of our democracy.
