Stand with Senate Dems Standing Against Trump

Senate Democrats are taking a powerful stand to defend our democracy—and they need our support.

As President Trump sends National Guard troops and active-duty Marines into Los Angeles without state approval, Democratic senators like Patty Murray, Brian Schatz, Jack Reed, and Tammy Baldwin are calling out the dangerous overreach for what it is: unconstitutional, un-American, and deeply alarming.

Trump’s attempt to use our military against American citizens protesting his immigration raids sets a chilling precedent. Senators are demanding answers, pushing back on the legal justification, and standing firm for civil liberties, military readiness, and state sovereignty.

Gov. Gavin Newsom said it best: “California may be first, but it clearly will not end here. Democracy is next.”
