Stand with Senate Democrats Against Unlawful Deportations

We stand with Senate Democrats calling for urgent oversight into President Donald Trump’s deportation policies and his administration’s alleged defiance of court orders.

When a president ignores the judiciary, violates due process, and deports individuals in violation of U.S. and international law — including sending people to high-risk prisons abroad — it is not just an abuse of power, it is a threat to our democracy.

Senators led by Gary Peters are right to demand a hearing from the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Congress must investigate whether the administration has violated Supreme Court rulings and other federal court orders — and whether Cabinet officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Attorney General Pam Bondi, are complicit in bypassing legal norms and constitutional protections.
