Say “No” to Slashing Funding for Wildlife Programs

Last year’s budget slashed vital wildlife programs throughout the country and left America’s wildlife reeling.

The proposed 2027 Interior and Environment spending bill goes further still, cutting threatened and endangered species protection funding—for species like the wolverine—nearly in half. It would also block funding for grizzly bear and bison reintroduction programs, which are necessary for species recovery. It’s clear that this administration will stop at nothing to gut existing wildlife protections for the sake of short-term profit.
