Restore Roe v. Wade Protections Now

The repeal of Roe v. Wade has created a full-blown public health emergency.

Since the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision, 21 states have rushed to ban or severely restrict abortion. The results are catastrophic: infant deaths are rising, doctors are blocked from providing life-saving care, and more than 400 pregnant people have already been prosecuted. Families are being forced to flee their own states just to access basic health care.

This crisis is costing lives every single day. Research shows a spike in infant mortality in states with abortion bans. Doctors report patients nearly dying in hospitals while lawyers debate what counts as “legal.” Women and families are suffering, and it is Congress’s refusal to act that keeps this nightmare in place.

Tell Congress: “Restore Roe v. Wade protections now. Codify reproductive freedom for all, nationwide.”

The American people are overwhelmingly clear: the majority supports legal abortion. Polling shows record-high support for reproductive freedom. Yet extremist politicians are ignoring both science and the will of the people, forcing their ideology onto millions of families.

There is a solution on the table right now. Congress can pass legislation to restore the protections of Roe v. Wade nationwide. It would end the dangerous patchwork of state bans and guarantee equal rights for all. But Congress must act immediately. Every week of delay means more prosecutions, more preventable deaths, and more families stripped of their freedom.

Health care is a human right, and freedom and dignity should never depend on your zip code.

Sign now to demand Congress stop stalling and restore Roe v. Wade protections now—because lives, justice, and democracy itself are on the line.

The petition to Congress reads: “Restore Roe v. Wade protections now. Codify reproductive freedom for all, nationwide.”
