Justice Clarence Thomas must recuse from all Trump cases

Justice Clarence Thomas must recuse himself of all cases at the Supreme Court that involve former President Trump.

1. Clarence Thomas's wife Ginny was involved in the January 6th insurrection at the Capitol and continues to promote false claims about the 2020 election.

2. Kenneth Chesebro, a defendant in one of the cases, touted Thomas as “our best shot” at delaying the certification of the vote in disputed states ahead of Congress’s certification of the Electoral College vote on Jan. 6, 2021.

3. John Eastman, a defendant in one of the cases, clerked for Justice Thomas.

There is no justice in a country with a compromised court. Justice Thomas must recuse himself from all Trump cases.
