Investigate Torture of Trump Detainees in El Salvador

Migrants are being tortured in a prison the U.S. helped build — and Congress is looking the other way.

New investigations reveal that Venezuelan migrants deported by the Trump administration are being beaten, electrocuted, and starved inside El Salvador’s CECOT mega-prison — a facility Trump helped fund and still calls a “model.”

Some detainees have died. Many were asylum seekers fleeing persecution, not criminals. Yet Trump’s Department of Homeland Security continues coordinating with Salvadoran security forces that run this nightmare.

Tell Congress: “Investigate the torture of Trump detainees in El Salvador. End U.S. complicity and stop funding human rights abuse.”

Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International are demanding answers. Congress must hold hearings, subpoena DHS records, and suspend all security aid to El Salvador until the torture stops.

Every day Congress stays silent, America’s hands get dirtier. We can’t claim to defend human rights while bankrolling brutality abroad.
