Now, watchdog organizations like Public Citizen are calling on the Office of Congressional Ethics to conduct an investigation into Speaker McCarthy's leak of the footage. Sign the petition: Investigate Speaker McCarthy’s leak of January 6 footage to Tucker Carlson. "We ask that the Office of Congressional Ethics investigate whether the selective release of the Jan. 6 security footage on an exclusive basis by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy constitutes a violation of congressional rules, the letter concludes.
