Impeach Kristi Noem for Abandoning Texas Flood Victims

While thousands of Texans were fighting for their lives amid catastrophic flooding, FEMA missed nearly 14,000 emergency calls—and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is to blame.

Instead of ensuring swift federal assistance, Noem delayed deployment of resources and publicly attacked FEMA, saying the agency should be "eliminated as it exists today." Her political sabotage and dereliction of duty came at the worst possible moment.
