Impeach Kristi Noem — Congress Must Act Now

After a deadly ICE operation in Minneapolis and mounting evidence of abuse under her leadership, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem must be impeached immediately.

Under Noem’s leadership, DHS and ICE have expanded aggressive tactics, resisted oversight, and failed to protect human life. Members of Congress, including Rep. Robin Kelly of Illinois, have announced plans to introduce articles of impeachment, citing obstruction, abuse of power, and violations of the public trust. Other Democratic leaders have warned that Noem’s actions may rise to the level of impeachable offenses and cannot be ignored if Democrats hold the House.

The numbers are devastating. Investigations and reporting show that deaths connected to ICE operations have continued to rise in recent years, with advocates and journalists documenting fatalities during raids, in detention, and during enforcement actions. Each death represents a systemic failure — and a leadership choice. Accountability starts at the top.

This is not about partisan politics. It is about whether Congress will uphold its constitutional duty to act when an executive official presides over policies that cost lives, suppress transparency, and undermine civil rights. Allowing Secretary Noem to remain in office sends a dangerous message: that federal agencies can operate with impunity, even when their actions result in death.
