A bombshell ProPublica report in 2023 revealed that, for the past 20 years, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has been receiving luxury gifts from a billionaire Republican donor.

News broke previously that his wife Ginni Thomas was directly involved in advising Donald Trump’s White House in its effort to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

And while Clarence Thomas isn’t responsible for his wife’s seditious behavior, he is responsible for his own actions. It turns out, as the New Yorker reported in last year as well, Justice Thomas was the only vote to block the January 6 committee from gaining access to Trump’s papers, which may have included documentation of correspondence with his wife.

The latest bombshell revelation of Thomas' corruption is further evidence that he has no business serving on the U.S. Supreme Court.
