Howard Lutnick Must Resign Now!

Newly revealed records show U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick maintained ties with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein years after Epstein’s 2008 guilty plea for soliciting a minor for prostitution. 

Lutnick previously claimed he had no contact with Epstein after 2005. But emails and documents now show continued business dealings and that Lutnick had lunch on Epstein’s private island. 

A Cabinet secretary cannot be trusted to lead the Department of Commerce while misleading the public about his relationship with one of the most notorious sex traffickers in modern history. 

Emails reveal ongoing communication and planning between the two long after Epstein’s conviction. This is not a minor discrepancy or an innocent mistake. It is a clear breach of honesty and judgment by an official responsible for representing the United States on trade, business, and economic leadership.

Members of Congress from both parties are now demanding action. The White House and the Department of Commerce must respond immediately, because every day Lutnick remains in office is another day public trust is undermined.
