Guarantee freedom for all and pass the Equality Act
Congress has the power to protect the inalienable rights of all Americans. The Equality Act, the only federal legislation that explicitly affirms LGBTQIA+ civil rights, can safeguard LGBTQIA+ individuals from the hatred and bigotry that we are seeing in attacks from conservative state legislatures and organizations nationwide. The EQUALITY ACT provides nondiscrimination protections for EVERYONE. This is an issue of basic freedoms and protection from discriminatory attacks. Our congressional leaders are elected to ensure these fundamental rights are upheld. Join us in demanding that Congress pass the Equality Act and end the denial of our right to exist.
