EPA: Listen to the Biden Admin AI Tool, Not Climate Deniers

The Environmental Protection Agency just launched a powerful AI tool that has been in development for months—and it’s saying what scientists have said for years: climate change is real, dangerous, and getting worse.

But EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin is ignoring it.

Zeldin, a longtime climate denier, is now leading the very agency that’s supposed to protect us. He’s brushing aside warnings from the EPA’s own artificial intelligence tool, which was trained on the agency’s internal public health data and peer-reviewed science–and clearly shows that climate change is harming Americans right now.

This is dangerous and unacceptable.

When a government-developed AI says climate-driven disasters like extreme heat, wildfires, and flooding are putting lives at risk, the response should be action, not denial. Artificial intelligence follows the facts it is given–and those facts say that climate change is a present danger.

The EPA’s AI tool was built in the Biden Administration to help gain new efficiencies in protecting communities and to help the agency be more effective. Zeldin may want to silence the truth, but we won’t let him.

The science is clear. The data is clear. Even the technology is clear. There’s no excuse left. Sign the petition demanding EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin listen to the EPA’s own AI tool and take real action on climate change.
