Democrats just swept the nation on November 4 — winning big in Virginia, New Jersey, New York City, California, and Pennsylvania. From statehouses to city halls, voters delivered a clear verdict: they’re done with Trump’s chaos and Republican cruelty, and they trust Democrats to protect the programs that keep families alive — especially healthcare.

As CNN reported, Democrats’ victories were “a nationwide backlash against Republican shutdown politics,” proof that Americans are holding Trump’s party responsible for the longest government shutdown in U.S. history. 

Across the country, voters rejected Trump’s agenda of cuts and cruelty — and rewarded Democrats who refused to back down. That’s the lesson every Democrat in Congress must take: fighting for healthcare is a winning fight.
