Congress Must Stop Trump’s Attack on Sacred Public Lands

Donald Trump just launched another massive attack on Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante — stripping protections from millions of acres of sacred public land.

With the stroke of a pen, Trump put sacred Indigenous lands, fragile ecosystems, ancient fossils, wildlife habitat, and irreplaceable public landscapes at risk. This is not “land management.” It is a giveaway to mining, drilling, and extraction interests.
