Congress: Investigate ICE Killing of Joan Sebastian Guerrero

ICE agents shot and killed a 26-year-old father in Maine on Monday morning — and Congress must act now.

Joan Sebastian Guerrero was killed during an ICE operation in Biddeford. According to officials, he was not the intended target of the warrant. He was a young Colombian man with a wife, a daughter, and a life in the community. Now his family is grieving, and the public still does not have the full truth.

Congress controls ICE’s funding and oversight.
