This week, federal judges across the country delivered major defeats to President Donald Trump's unlawful agenda. In at least 11 rulings, courts blocked his efforts to undermine immigration protections, attack diversity, equity and inclusion programs, seize control of elections, dismantle workers' rights, and defund sanctuary cities.

Judges reaffirmed that no president can bypass Congress, violate constitutional protections, or strip away civil rights by executive order. These rulings protect our elections, our communities, and the very foundation of our democracy.
