Celebrate Minimum Wage Increases for 2025 Workers!

We’re thrilled to celebrate a significant milestone in economic justice: 21 states are raising their minimum wages in 2025! These increases, impacting over 9 million workers and adding $5.7 billion in wages, are a powerful step toward ensuring fair pay for those who need it most.

These new minimum wages will benefit women, Black, and Hispanic workers disproportionately, highlighting the importance of equitable policies. With these changes, nearly 20 states and Washington, D.C., are on track to achieve a $15 minimum wage by 2027, helping to combat poverty, support families, and reduce wage disparities.
