Celebrate Court’s Ruling Protecting Guatemalan Children

Judge Sparkle Sooknanan’s ruling halts these removals and ensures that children—some as young as ten—will remain in U.S. custody while their legal cases are heard. Many of these children have fled violence, abuse, and neglect, and sending them back without due process would put their lives at grave risk.
