Bring Back the House — End the Shutdown Now

The federal government has already been dark for nearly two weeks. Thousands of families are losing pay, critical services are shutting down, and Speaker Mike Johnson has kept the House in recess rather than lead a resolution. This standoff is self-inflicted—and it’s time we force a course correction.

Every day this shutdown drags on, millions of lives are disrupted. Roughly 900,000 federal employees have been furloughed or are working without pay, and agencies from the CDC to the IRS are crippled.
