Israel is destroying villages, killing medics, and occupying large parts of southern Lebanon, despite a so-called ceasefire — in fact, Israeli strikes are intensifying.

"The fate of southern Lebanon will be the same as that of Gaza," said the Israeli defense minister recently — openly threatening atrocities against the people of Lebanon while championing Israel's genocide in Gaza.

Trump is rushing an "emergency" shipment of 10,000 laser-guided precision kill rockets to Israel, but Congress can still undo Trump's unilateral decision and block the deal.

Israel says it's executing the "Gaza model" in Lebanon. It's a genocidal threat, and a disturbing reminder of Israel's destruction of Gaza and the suffering of Palestinians.

For Israel, "Gaza was not enough. Iran was not enough," Senator Bernie Sanders said recently. Now, Netanyahu and Israel's military are "waging a full-blown war of expansion against Lebanon."

Trump is trying to send Israel $1 billion worth of weapons, including 10,000 rockets equipped with the U.S.'s Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System. Congress must halt this sale and stop Trump from continuing to break domestic and international law to fuel Israel's violence.
