Applaud the Court for Holding Trump Accountable

No one should be able to delay justice indefinitely—and this ruling deserves applause.

A federal judge has ordered the release of the $5.8 million judgment awarded to E. Jean Carroll after a jury found that Donald Trump sexually abused her and later defamed her by publicly denying her account.

After years of litigation and multiple appeals, the court affirmed that lawful judgments must be carried out. The decision reinforces a fundamental principle of our justice system: court orders matter, and accountability cannot be postponed through endless delay.

Our legal system depends on the fair and consistent enforcement of judicial decisions. Whether someone is wealthy, famous, or holds public office, everyone is expected to follow the same rules and respect the same legal process.

Survivors who come forward deserve to have their cases heard, and when courts reach a final judgment, those decisions should be honored. Upholding the rule of law strengthens public confidence that justice is applied fairly and equally.

No one is above the law, and no one should receive special treatment because of power or position.

Add your name to applaud the court for upholding accountability, defending the rule of law, and affirming that justice applies equally to everyone.
